Pressurized polyethylene pipes for drinking water supply (PE)
Polyethylene pipes for water supply are made from primary raw materials of PE 100 grade according to GOST 18599-2001. Diameter range from 25 to 450 mm, working pressure up to 25 atm. Pipes of small diameters (up to 110 mm.) are made in coils, winding from 50 m. to 200 m. depending on the diameter of the pipe.
Advantages:
· High corrosion and chemical resistance. Polyethylene pipes are not afraid of contacts with aggressive environments;
· Polyethylene pipes have a low weight, which facilitates installation work, especially in cramped conditions; Reliability of welds of joints during the entire service life of polyethylene pipelines;
· Butt welding of polyethylene pipes is much cheaper, simpler and takes less time;
· Polyethylene pipe is a reliable shield against microorganisms and bacteria.
· The inner layer of the pipe does not give water any harmful impurities;
· Greater elasticity, which makes it easy to fit them into the turns of the track;
The cost of transporting HDPE pipes for water supply is up to 2 times less than for the transportation of steel pipes.
